I hate to state the obvious, but IT'S GREAT TO BE A FLORIDA GATOR!
Last night, the No. 2 Florida Gators whooped some No. 1 Oklahoma Sooners butt, 24-14, to become the 2009 BCS National Champions!
While I wasn't lucky enough to be at Dolphin Stadium, I was with friends in downtown Orlando. We got to the bar ridiculously early (I'm too embarrassed to say exactly) to ensure we had plenty of seats and tables. Even though I'm still kind of sick (c'mon, we're talking over two months now, grrr!) and got made fun of for drinking water, I had a great time and am so proud of my Gators!
